In the CD cabinet room -- the one people leave open 
when things get hot around here, 
as has been the case lately.

Please remember : when the window's open, the pigeons come in.  
I just chased out three of my old arch-ememies from the room 
    - a juvie gray, 
    a gray-green, 
    and a dove.  

We now have computers almost right under the ceiling tiles 
    over which they used to live.  
Which means we can't afford to let them re-conquer their former abode, lest they 
[Pause]
"drop" in on the equipment.

One of them turned back toward me before going out of sight, almost hovering, 
as if to say 
    [Deep, haunting voice]
    "we'll be back".  
Then he flew off.

We are warned.
